Sunset Cove Development Home Owners Association
The Sunset Cove Home Owners Association is incorporated in the State of Washington and is governed by a Board of Directors. Each lot or condominium owner within the Sunset Cove development is a member of the association.

An Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing all building and landscaping plans for the neighborhood. The City Building Department requires all plans for our neighborhood to be approved by the ARC.
Copies of all CC&R's and other documents of interest to homeowners, including a directory of all residents, is available on the Documents Page. (Documents available to logged-in Members only are at Sunset Cove HOA - Members Only Documents. )
