In order to help facilitate communications between neighbors in our development, we have expanded the features of our website, sunsetcove.org. Accounts have now been established for all members. This will allow members to safely and securely log in to our site, where comments can be posted or other members of the community contacted, without incurring spam or fraud messages.

If you are a home or property owner within the Sunset Cove HOA (includes Washington Park Estates, Sunset Cove Estates, Crest Condominiums, Garden Townhomes, Doe Run), you can now login to our site, set a password for future logins, etc.

One of the primary reasons we have set this up is so that members can provide comments or questions for topics to be addressed at the upcoming Annual Meeting on January 23, 2021. This will be an online Zoom meeting, and to keep it orderly and to minimize wasted time, we are asking members to submit questions and comments in advance.  These items can then be addressed at the meeting, and public comments can be made. 

Instructions for Sunset Cove members:

1. Go to https://sunsetcove.org.
    
2. Click on the Members Only tab.
    
3. Click on the "Reset Password" link in the left column below the login form.
    
4. Type in your email address in the box. (Note: the email must be an existing email from the HOA Mailchimp listing.)
    
5. Click on the "Reset Password" button.
    
6. In a minute or two you will receive an email from admin@sunsetcove.org. It will provide a link to the site, where you can establish a password to use.
    
7. After entering and confirming your password, you will be logged in to the site. 

Additional content available to logged in members:

• Protected document files -- member directory with contact information, etc.
   
• Additional details and agendas for the Annual Meeting -- including Zoom login instructions, etc.
   
• Discussion topic form for submitting questions or comments for discussion at the Annual Meeting.
   
• Contact Form for providing feedback, questions, or comments to the Board.
