Sunset Cove Development Home Owners Association

The Sunset Cove Home Owners Association is incorporated in the State of Washington and is governed by a Board of Directors. Each lot or condominium owner within the Sunset Cove development is a member of the association.

2017 Board of Directors:

  • Ken Goodwin, Architectural Review Committee Chair (term ends 12/31/18)

An Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing all building and landscaping plans for the neighborhood. The City Building Department requires all plans for our neighborhood to be approved by the ARC.

Board Meeting Schedule: All meetings to be held at the Anacortes Public Library meeting room, 7 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Check the front page for upcoming meetings.
