A Lawn Boy truck will be conducting our annual tree spraying along Washington Blvd on Monday, February 10. Please avoid parking cars on the street on that day.

The Landscape Committee would like to provide you an update on the Washington Boulevard Median Project.
At the June 21st SCHOA Board Meeting, the $400 Special Assessment to be used towards the Project was approved by the community, with a 2 to 1 vote!
The Landscape Committee has been hard at work on a plan for improving our medians.
