It is time to service your irrigation systems.

Although the HOA is not responsible for your irrigation system, coordination of the systems maintenance for the same day can provide operators a discount.  This year the discounted HOA pricing for each resident for coordinated back flow testing and service are as follows:

• Spring start-up: $68 for 5 zones and $3 for each additional zone. 
• Backflow testing: $55 each
